    Responsibilities

    • Outbound Prospecting:  Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, social selling (primarily LinkedIn), and targeted outreach campaigns.
    • Lead Qualification:  Qualify leads based on defined criteria, understanding their business needs, pain points, and cyber security requirements.
    • Initial Consultation:  Conduct initial conversations with prospects to introduce Presale1's core capabilities, services, and expertise in cyber security project management and solutions.
    • Meeting Scheduling:  Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
    • Market Research:  Research and identify target industries, companies, and key contacts within the cyber security space to build targeted prospect lists.
    • CRM Management:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, lead interactions, and meeting schedules within our CRM system.
    • Collaboration:  Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
    • Product & Industry Knowledge:  Develop a strong understanding of Presale1’s services, core capabilities, and the broader cyber security landscape, including industry trends, competitive solutions, and common client challenges.
    • Performance Tracking:  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to prospecting activities, lead qualification, and meeting generation.
    • Continuous Improvement:  Actively seek feedback and coaching to improve prospecting techniques, communication skills, and overall performance.


    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
    • Experience:  Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. (English - Must)
    • Interpersonal Skills:  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively over the phone, email, and online.

    Strategic Leadership & Governance

    This role is critical for the front-line defense of our customers, ensuring the immediate detection, analysis, and containment of cybersecurity threats across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, alert-driven environment and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills.


    Key Responsibilities

    Monitoring, Triage, and Detection (Tier 1/Initial Response)

    • Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor security dashboards, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and other security tool outputs (EDR, Firewall logs, IDS/IPS alerts) for signs of intrusion, anomaly, and malicious activity across all managed client environments.
    • Alert Triage and Analysis: Analyze and triage a high volume of security alerts, effectively distinguishing between genuine threats/incidents and false positives.
    • Incident Qualification: Determine the scope, severity, and potential impact of alerts using established runbooks, threat intelligence, and internal documentation.
    • Documentation: Create detailed incident tickets and preliminary reports, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of the initial event, steps taken, and evidence gathered for all security incidents.

    Incident Investigation and Containment (Tier 2/Escalation)

    • In-Depth Investigation: Conduct deeper technical analysis of escalated incidents, correlating events from various log sources (endpoint, network, cloud, identity) to reconstruct the attack timeline and identify the root cause.
    • Containment Action: Execute and coordinate immediate containment and isolation procedures (e.g., host isolation, account disablement, firewall blocks) in collaboration with the client's IT teams to mitigate risk and prevent further damage.
    • Threat Hunting Support: Assist higher-tier analysts and Presale1's vCISOs with proactive threat hunting activities across client networks using threat intelligence and hypothesis-driven searches.
    • Tool Optimization: Participate in the development and refinement of SIEM correlation rules, custom queries, and security tool configurations to improve detection efficacy and reduce alert fatigue.


    Communication and Reporting

    • Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to Presale1's vCISOs and the client's designated technical contacts regarding active incidents and security posture changes.
    • Post-Incident Support: Contribute to post-incident reports and lessons-learned sessions to ensure continuous improvement of security controls and response playbooks.


    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar incident response role, ideally within a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or multi-client environment.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, EDR), and common attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK framework).
    • Tool Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with at least one major SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic Stack).

    Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

    • Executive Presentation: Serve as the trusted technology advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and C-level executives (CIO, COO) of Presale1's customers, effectively translating complex technical concepts and risks into clear business language.
    • Budget and Investment Planning: Advise clients on managing their technology budgets, prioritizing high-impact investments, and optimizing technology spend to achieve maximum return on investment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director of Technology Architecture). Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment is a significant advantage.
    • Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge across multiple technical domains, including cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), data management, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and modern application development.
