    Qualifications

    Communication and Reporting

    • Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to Presale1's vCISOs and the client's designated technical contacts regarding active incidents and security posture changes.
    • Post-Incident Support: Contribute to post-incident reports and lessons-learned sessions to ensure continuous improvement of security controls and response playbooks.


    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar incident response role, ideally within a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or multi-client environment.

    • Project Governance: Provide executive-level technical oversight and governance for critical customer projects, ensuring that Presale1's project teams adhere to best practices, quality standards, and defined technical roadmaps.
    • Security & Compliance: Champion the integration of cybersecurity best practices (in collaboration with the vCISO) into all aspects of the customer's technology ecosystem, ensuring compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).


    Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

    • Executive Presentation: Serve as the trusted technology advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and C-level executives (CIO, COO) of Presale1's customers, effectively translating complex technical concepts and risks into clear business language.
    • Budget and Investment Planning: Advise clients on managing their technology budgets, prioritizing high-impact investments, and optimizing technology spend to achieve maximum return on investment.
    • Technical Advocacy: Act as a key technical liaison between the customer's executive team, internal IT staff, and Presale1's service delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes.


    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director of Technology Architecture). Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment is a significant advantage.
    • Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge across multiple technical domains, including cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), data management, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and modern application development.
    • Cybersecurity Acumen: Strong understanding of current and emerging cyber threat landscape, security principles, enterprise security architecture, and risk management frameworks.
    • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction).
    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade executive-level stakeholders.


    Preferred Certifications

    • Executive-level certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
    • Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
    • Project/Program Management certifications (PMP, TOGAF).
